Front of House Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage catering events, banquets, and coffee service
- Monitor food production and quality to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
- Assist with training and development of front of house staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or catering environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage service
- Familiarity with food production processes and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
