The PENTA Building Group is seeking an Assistant Contract Administrator to join our team in Rohnert Park, CA!
The Assistant Contract Administrator will be responsible in assisting with all project related responsibilities and all corporate policy and administrative duties, working with the Project Accountant and Project Manager.
A PENTA Assistant Contract Administrator is responsible for assisting the Project Accountant with:
- Verifying, maintaining, and reporting all project cost and administrative information.
- Set up and maintenance of all systems and files required to support this function.
- Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation and distribution of all subcontracts, major purchase orders, and rental orders.
- Communicating with all project team members to ensure that all issues involving a subcontractor are resolved prior to releasing final payment.

Setup and maintenance of the project office file system according to PENTA standard procedures. Specific files include, but are not limited to:
- Owner Contracts, Change Orders, Bonds, Insurance, etc.
- Subcontracts, Change Orders, Bonds, Insurance, Union, etc.
- Subcontractor correspondence
- Owner correspondence
- Subcontractor and Owner billings
We trust that you have:
- Minimum of 1-4 years of verifiable relative experience.
- 1-3 years of construction accounting experience.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools in the industry.
- Ability to work on-site at our Graton Casino jobsite in Rohnert Park, CA.
- Salary Range DOE $45,000 - $60,000
The PENTA Building Group maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands. The pay range may differ in other locations. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors and is in good faith and/or offer for this position. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
