A PENTA Senior Project Engineer will help initiate and track RFIs, Drawings, and Submittals. You will be accountable for running subcontractor meetings and coordinating the subcontractors including the BIM model coordination.
Responsibilities :
- Initialize project document logs (RFIs, Drawings, Submittals, etc.).
- Track status and obtain permits to ensure no disruption in the construction schedule.
- Assist Superintendent and Safety Director with the creation of a project-specific safety plan.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to create the Master Project Schedule.
- Assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking the distribution and storage of all project engineering documents, including : drawing sets, specifications, sketches, ASIs, permits, etc.
- Coordinate with the Project Safety Manager and Project Superintendent to promote job-site safety.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain the Master Project Schedule.
