Position Overview :
We ares eeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analyst to oversee our
paid media campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and overall digital marketing performance. This
role will focus on optimizing key marketing channels to increase traffic, sales, and customer
retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in e-
commerce marketing, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to support the growth of
the business.
Key Responsibilities :
Paid Media Management & Reporting :
- Oversee and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads,
Facebook, Instagram, and other paid digital channels.
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROIfor .com.
Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-drivenrecommendations for improvements.
Monitor and manage the paid media budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimalallocation across channels.
Email Marketing Strategy & Optimization :
Lead email marketing initiatives, including campaign strategy, list segmentation, contentcreation, and automation workflows.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the email list and improve engagement, openrates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted email campaigns forpromotions, new product launches, and customer retention.
Analyze email campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve futurecampaigns and increase revenue.
Digital Marketing Optimization :
Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing channels, identifyingopportunities for optimization and growth.
Conduct A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve performanceand conversion rates.
Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track website performance and identifyareas for improvement in the user experience and conversion funnel.
Collaborate with the web team to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with thewebsite's performance and user experience.
Business Growth Support :
Work closely with the e-commerce and sales teams to align marketing efforts withbusiness goals and growth strategies.
Assist in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing andoverall business performance.
Provide regular reporting on digital marketing performance and insights to seniormanagement, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management andemail marketing for e-commerce.
Strong excel and analytical skills and experience with web analytics platforms (GoogleAnalytics, etc.) and reporting tools.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g.,Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM systems.Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, etc.) andcampaign management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and adapt to a fast-paced,evolving e-commerce environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving results.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization is a plus.What We Offer :
