The People Co. is helping hire an Administrative Assistant for our client! Help make an impact with a rapidly growing transportation company in Des Moines, IA.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and booking appointments for clients
- Managing or helping to manage staff availability and time-off requests
- Help connecting with local corporations/businesses to gain local corporate business
- Schedule client services and manage their questions
- Answering phones after hours (as needed).
Qualifications:
- Office experience
- Customer service skills
- Phone communication skills
- Multi-tasking/Organized
- Computer skills
- QuickBooks knowledge (can be trained)
- High school diploma minimum required education
- Associates or bachelors degree are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
