This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians. You will be responsible for conducting regular machine inspections, identifying potential issues before they become major problems, and performing routine and emergency repairs across a variety of equipment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within a mechanical or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage, and experience with HVAC/R systems and industrial mechanics are essential.
