Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare providers on a range of transactional and regulatory issues including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
- Draft, negotiate, and review healthcare-related contracts, including management arrangements, provider services agreements, and employment agreements.
- Counsel clients on regulatory compliance issues, such as fraud and abuse, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare/Medicaid billing.
- Collaborate with other practice groups and offices to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
- At least 4 years of experience in healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating healthcare-related contracts and advising on regulatory compliance.
- Strong academic background with excellent law school credentials and references.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Prior experience working with diverse clients and colleagues from different backgrounds is highly valued.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Competitive salary, with a range of $233,500 to $335,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary and hours-based bonus opportunities.
