We are seeking an IP Trademark Litigation Associate (3rd-4th year) for its highly-ranked IP practice in Chicago. Compensation for this role in Chicago is between $260k to $310k.
Requirements :
- 3rd-4th year Associate
- experience in IP Litigation with a focus on Trademark / Copyright Litigation
- Admitted to practice in Illinois or eligible to waive in
- Excellent academics along with strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
In this role the IP Trademark Litigation Associate will take ownership of high-stakes trademark and copyright litigation, including anti-counterfeiting and online enforcement. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of litigation—drafting complaints and TRO applications, managing high-volume discovery, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlements. This is a unique opportunity to develop as a leader early in your career while working on complex, high-profile cases at the forefront of IP law.
