Requirements
- JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
- 7-10 years of experience in patent litigation, with a focus on technologies such as computer, software, wireless devices, or medical devices.
- Significant experience with Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) practice, including managing inter partes reviews (IPRs) from start to finish.
- Registration to practice before the USPTO is required.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and peers in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
