Essential Job Functions
- Provide high-level administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and email communication for senior team members.
- Support training sessions with logistical coordination and presentation creation.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments as needed.
- Contribute to marketing efforts through content creation, material design, and communication distribution.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates.
- Help with client retention through event planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Support client acquisition by assisting with meetings, proposals, and outreach activities.
- Maintain and update the company CRM, ensuring accurate data and generating reports.
- Oversee projects related to system, process, and procedure improvements, collaborating with third-party vendors.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and organizational plans.
- Perform other duties as required.
