Key Responsibilities :
Answer Phones & Greet Visitors
S chedule Appointments & Maintain Calendars
Coordinate Meetings & Events
Prepare Memos, Emails, Reports & Other Correspondence
Manage Office Inventory & Ship Materials
Provide Back-Up for Sales Support
