We’re seeking a talented, innovative Craft Bartender who is not only skilled at creating exceptional cocktails but also excited to teach others about the art of mixology. Key Responsibilities:
- Create Unique Cocktails: Design and innovate new craft cocktails for our ever-evolving menu, ensuring the drinks reflect seasonal ingredients, current trends, and our bar's signature style.
- Cocktail Classes: Lead engaging and informative cocktail classes for individuals or groups, sharing your knowledge of techniques, flavor profiles, and the history behind classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner while delivering a memorable experience.
- Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. Ensure all cocktail tools, garnishes, and ingredients are readily available and that the bar area is consistently up to our high standards.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and management to create an inviting atmosphere and keep the bar running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a craft bartender (2 years preferred but not required).
- A strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and contemporary drink trends.
- Creative flair for developing new cocktail recipes.
- Ability to explain complex cocktail techniques in an easy-to-understand and engaging way.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in teaching or leading classes.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- A passion for the craft of bartending and a commitment to providing an exceptional drinking experience.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
