Our client, a manufacturing company located in Dunmore, PA, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Days) to join their team.
What you will do in this role :
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment while adhering to workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct regular machine inspections, including visual checks, listening for irregular noises, and performing scheduled tests.
- Monitor machinery for signs of malfunctions, such as changes in performance, temperature fluctuations, unusual sounds, or atypical energy consumption.
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Read and interpret technical documents, including equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs across a variety of equipment, identifying and replacing worn or damaged components.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient equipment operation.
- Utilize a variety of power and hand tools for maintenance tasks.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations in all aspects of work.
