The Program Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the RBT-to BCBA Career Advancement Program, a structured career development initiative designed to support current RBTs and BTs in advancing their careers. This role involves overseeing program operations, ensuring compliance with training and performance standards, coordinating mentorship and supervision, and tracking participant progress. The Program Manager will work closely with HR, mentors, and leadership to ensure program eAectiveness and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation & Coordination:
- Oversee the eligibility and application process for program participants.
- Screen applicants based on tenure, performance, and commitment to the career advancement path.
- Ensure selected employees receive acceptance notifications and onboarding materials.
- Maintain and update program guidelines, milestones, and expectations.
Supervision & Mentorship Coordination:
- Assign mentors to provide supervision and professional development.
- Schedule and oversee monthly check-ins with participants to assess progress, challenges, and goals.
- Facilitate mentor training sessions to enhance coaching and leadership effectiveness
Training & Development:
- Work with the Training Team to coordinate workshops, webinars, CEUs, and study groups.
- Ensure participants receive hands-on learning experiences, including assessments, treatment planning, and parent training.
- Coordinate study sessions and exam prep resources for candidates preparing for the BCBA exam.
- Review and audit contracts to verify completion or identify those past their due dates.
Performance Monitoring & Program Tracking:
- Utilize tracking systems to monitor participant progress, including:
o Training completion
o Fieldwork hours o Performance evaluations
o Milestone achievements
- Conduct quarterly reviews to assess program eAectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Incentives & Recognition:
- Coordinate pay raises, performance-based bonuses, and other incentives at key milestones.
- Organize exclusive invitations to leadership meetings and special projects for top performers.
- Ensure public recognition of program participants through newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
Quality Assurance & Sustainability:
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants, mentors, and leadership to refine the program.
- Establish an annual review process to assess program impact and sustainability.
- Develop a succession plan for top-performing participants to transition into mentorship roles.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of career development paths.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in data tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, leadership, and training teams.
- Preferred: Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
Salary Range : $20- $24 per hour
