House Cleaner

The Perfect Clean is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing Prompt, Professional and Perfect service to our valued clients.

Job Title: Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, ensuring that all assigned areas are spotless and well-maintained.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a proper and hygienic manner.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

Qualifications:

• Personality: Happy, knows how to smile and look someone in the eye. Outgoing, knows how to carry on a conversation but doesn’t talk for more than 30 seconds. Friendly, knows how to ask questions of others to get them to talk, rather than talking about themselves.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently, ensuring high-quality cleaning results.
• Strong work ethic and reliability to consistently meet scheduled cleaning appointments.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects, as needed.
• Flexibility to work during weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings, based on client demands.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check
