Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in various settings, including fine dining, nightclubs, and banquets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Keep up-to-date with new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and changes in food safety regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient cash handling is required.
• Experience working in fine dining or high-volume settings is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
