The Perfect Touch Cleaning Company is a well-established and reputable cleaning company of over 25 years built from a small team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. With a commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a reliable and coachable housekeeper to join us in creating clean and happy homes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning tasks in residential homes in a timely manner, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
• Loading and unloading cleaning supplies from the company vehicle before and after each work detail
• Collaborate with team members to ensure each work detail is carried out efficiently and all work areas are attended to
• Strictly adhere to company policies/procedures and use caution around the property in the private homes of our clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is desired
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be detailed-oriented and always avoid taking "shortcuts"
• Physical ability to complete repetitive motions such as reaching, bending over, crouching, and climbing stairs
• Physical ability to lift at least 20 pounds
