We are looking for a dynamic and driven Local Clinic Manager to lead operations at this exclusive new location. This is a unique opportunity to manage a cash-based, out-of-network sports recovery and performance center in an exciting and fast-growing sports community.

Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations , ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Manage scheduling, patient flow, and staff performance for optimal efficiency.

Maintain a high-end service culture , ensuring The Performance Lab remains the go-to recovery hub for athletes and active individuals.

Client & Community Engagement

Build relationships with local players, coaches, and trainers of all sports to drive new business.

Organize injury screenings, movement assessments, and performance workshops to attract new clients.

Lead marketing initiatives and social media engagement to increase clinic visibility.

Financial Performance & Growth

Provide hands-on, 1 : 1 care to clients, delivering exceptional quality and ensuring outstanding recovery outcomes.

Drive revenue generation through memberships, treatment plans, and recovery service packages.

Implement strategic outreach and partnerships to maximize client acquisition.

Monitor financial performance and collaborate with leadership to optimize profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Experience in Sports Performance, Physical Therapy, and Dry Needling 90

Strong business acumen and leadership skills to manage a high-performance clinic.

Passion for athlete recovery, injury prevention, and holistic wellness.

Excellent customer service, communication, and marketing abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with growth potential.
