Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of innovative and sustainable buildings and structures. The Architect will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into efficient and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing architectural designs based on client briefs and budget constraints
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other software
- Collaborating with engineers and other construction specialists to ensure project feasibility
- Presenting proposals and designs to clients for approval
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulations
