We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee our operations at a designated branch location. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our business while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of pest control services.
Manage and develop a team of pest control technicians, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales goals, increase market share, and maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on pest control solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor branch performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices, optimize operational efficiency, and achieve company objectives.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of pest control service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance service offerings.
Prepare and manage branch budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to maintain profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pest control industry, with a proven track record in branch or operations management.

Strong knowledge of pest control practices, regulations, and treatment methods.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Valid pest control certification or license in compliance with state regulations.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting, scheduling, and data analysis.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.

Sale and management experience.

Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Walking, sitting, standing, bending, crawling, squatting, kneeling, stepping, climbing, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, squeezing, pulling, stretching, and balancing.

Lift, hold and / or move up to 50 lbs or greater.

Perform duties outdoors in all weather and in various temperatures and conditions.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Ability to wear SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus.)
