As a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant in our Anaheim Office, you will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The Office Administrator Assistant ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth by support the Office Administrator and the Branch Manager. As the Office Administrator Assistant, you will complete clerical and administrative tasks for the office. Some of your main duties include welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails as well as other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Communicate via email to our customers.
- Schedule and Confirm phone / online appointments.
- Organize daily Routes.
- Respond to customer needs, requests, and complaints.
- Complete and submit required paperwork which requires reporting to the customers and Corporate.
- Communicate with customers, and branch personnel by phone, in person, and/or in writing.
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Honest, reliable, and accountable.
- Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel, and the public.
- Account Receivable.
- Data Entry using company CRM and Excel.
- Filing.
- Time Sensitive information (Meet Deadlines.)
- Interpersonal with an outside organization.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
- Proven success in office administration.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quick books)
- Interpersonal Communication with outside organizations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Must be Punctual.
- Bilingual speakers are a plus.
- Occasionally required to stand.
- Occasionally required to walk.
