Job Description – Clinic Manager
As the clinic manager, you have many roles to fill all at the same time! Attention to detail is particularly important, as is time management, and a can-do attitude. The person who fulfills this role best has a “Type A” personality, great organizational skills, is efficient, cost conscience and has a team mentality.
This position on our team is invaluable. The most important aspect of this position is to keep the clinic flowing efficiently and to progress the clinic into further growth. Our clinic manager will be someone who can remain calm in stressful situations, speak calmly and professionally to others during conflict, be able to handle juggling many tasks at once and complete them accurately and in a timely fashion. A clinic manager should be an independent worker, critical thinker, problem solver and a quick learner. In-depth knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be an asset.
Job Duties – Clinic Manager
· Monitoring inventory of office supplies and various clinic supplies and restocking or ordering as needed.
· Running errands
· Client Resolution Management
· Staff Scheduling
· Payroll
· Reconciling bank statements and end of the month statements
· Paying invoices
· Rabies Certificate preparation and filing
· New Client and New Patient Form Review
· Managing the Reminder System
· Create powerpoints
· Patient photo management
· Event planning
· Staff training
· Overseeing Client Education and Marketing
· Manage coupon systems for diets and our online store
· Reconcile monthly invoices
· Manage Promos
· Email management
· MVSO management
· Google Drive organization
· Inventory management
· Manage maintenance and clinic upkeep
· Assist with organization and running of team meetings
· Create voicemail messages and post signage about closings
· Phone correspondence with vendor reps, business accounts and clients
· Ezyvet (software) Go To person for the team, learn new ways to use the software to make us more efficient, manage support tickets as needed
· Online Portal management

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Previous project management experience required
· Previous veterinary medicine or healthcare experience would be beneficial
· Advanced computer proficiency
· Professionalism and confidentiality

· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with an emphasis on attention to detail in all that you do

Wage

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
