Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and processing patient records efficiently.
- Assist with client communication and provide support to the veterinary team.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and friendly work atmosphere.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy front desk with ease.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help out where needed.
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in animal care or veterinary practice (preferred, but not required).
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (Saturdays required)
- Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
- Expected Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
