Customer Service Representative
The Pet Stop has been a mainstay of the Anchorage veterinary community since 1985. As a CSR, you will be the face of our hospital. You will be first the first face clients see when they arrive, and the last person clients see when they are leaving. You should be comfortable with multiple phone lines, email, faxes, invoicing and assisting with call backs, questions, and general knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Making appointments
- Filtering and directing questions and concerns to/from the medical team
- Assisting where needed
- Stocking
- Keeping reception area clean and welcoming
What you’ll need:
- Good time management skills
- Great customer service
- Experience with de-escalation tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and compassion
This is a full-time position. Compensation is $17/hr , depending on experience. Full time employees are eligible for paid time off, benefits, continuing education and more!
