Kennel Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Kennel Supervisor to join our team. As a Kennel Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kennel facility and ensuring the well-being of all animals in our care.

```Duties```

- Manage and supervise kennel staff

- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kennel areas

- Monitor the health and behavior of animals in the kennel

- Administer medications and provide basic medical care as needed

- Coordinate feeding schedules and dietary needs of animals

- Maintain accurate records of animal intake, discharge, and medical treatments

- Assist with bathing of animals

- Provide exercise and socialization opportunities for animals

- Communicate with clients regarding their pets' well-being and any special instructions

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Experience working in a kennel or veterinary setting

- Strong animal handling skills, including experience with various breeds and temperaments

- Knowledge of basic animal care and nutrition

- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
