What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-house Insurance M+A Attorney position at The PeterSan Group and PeterSan Legal Staffing?
We represent a Fortune 500 multinational insurance holding company looking for a corporate attorney to be part of the legal department’s strategic corporate transactions team and finance team. This person will support legal aspects of M&A and investments in partnership with the strategic development team.
Qualifications : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and / or ability required :
- Juris Doctorate from a nationally recognized law school.
- Previous law firm experience required.
- Previous in-house experience preferred
- No less than 4 years of applicable experience with a primary focus on mergers & acquisitions.
- Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing in all jurisdictions in which you are licensed to practice.
