Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Superintendent. The Travel Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects at various locations throughout the United States. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, scheduling, and coordination; supervising and managing on-site personnel; monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes; and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in construction project management and on-site supervision
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- OSHA certification or other relevant certifications/training is a plus
