The Pharm Stand Patient Consultant (Retired Nurse/Doctor/Pharmacist Preferred)
The Pharm Stand is a plant-based wellness center that is bringing Cannabinoid-Based Therapy (CBT) and Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition to The Villages in Florida. A key position for the patients/customers who come in to the store will be the Patient Consultant. We would like for you to provide a patient/customer with all the current information on Hemp based treatments and our Medicare covered consultations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to dress business casual, reliable, happy to work with older people, and computer savvy.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Prior knowledge of Hemp products and their benefits; or the desire and gumption to learn as much as possible to better serve our customers
- Prior medical/pharmaceutical experience preferred
- An ability to provide exceptional patient/customer service.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating patient profiles
- Inputting customer/patient data
- Being an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events
- Work in accordance with organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Building trusted relationships with all patients/customers that you engage with
