Summary of responsibilities :
The Accountant will be responsible for all accounting functions related to accounts receivable and billing at The Pharmacy Hub. This role will ensure accurate, timely invoicing and payment processing while fostering strong relationships with business clients and their accounting teams. The ideal candidate will create and implement robust auditing processes, collaborate with operations and technology teams to drive profitability, and provide actionable insights into pricing trends and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with business clients and their accounting teams to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
- Establish and oversee auditing processes to ensure accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and timely receipt of payments
- Collaborate with operations and technology teams to optimize financial processes, monitor operational profitability, and support cost-control initiatives
- Analyze pricing and sales data, providing trend analysis and recommendations to management
- Prepare and present detailed AR performance reports and metrics to leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Monitor cash flow related to accounts receivable and provide regular status updates to management
- Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to receivables and revenue
Qualifications :
Compensation is starting from $ 77 000 per year and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
