Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our services
- Optimize client experiences and identify opportunities to expand services
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through exceptional service
You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and optimizing processes to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B account management, client success, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or pharma
