The Software Engineer is responsible for projects and production support for our healthcare applications and works with the IT Applications team to develop and support Phia custom applications, integrations, and report development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure uptime and performance.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with teams to deploy updates and bug fixes with minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and provide corrective solutions for identified database-related issues.
- Support CI / CD pipelines and resolve deployment-related issues.
- Document processes, system changes, and resolutions for future reference.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Strong foundation in software development principles with familiarity in technologies such as Adobe ColdFusion, Angular, Java, Node.js, Python, and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with tools like SSMS, Visual Studio Code, and Spring Suite Tool.
- Basic understanding of Office365 and helpdesk systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SysAid) is a plus.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
Sitting at workstation for prolonged periods of time. Extensive computer work. Workstation may be exposed to overhead fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Fast-paced work environment. Operates office equipment including personal computer, copiers, and fax machines.
