You will be expected to cross-train in the kitchen. Most of our team members start in the kitchen and earn their way into the front of house. We care more about hiring good values and attitudes over experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in fine dining and culinary settings is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
