Duties
- Conduct assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Provide addiction counseling and support through motivational interviewing techniques.
- Offer crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate assistance.
- Collaborate with social workers and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops focused on behavioral health topics and recovery strategies.
- Mentor clients by sharing personal experiences and coping strategies that promote resilience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interventions in compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements
