3month Contract to Hire**
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes and operations, with a strong emphasis on customer experience impact.
- Provide leadership by proactively engaging with project stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to document, refine, and present business requirements.
- Participate in customer experience and design discussions, ensuring considerations for security, data integrity, and performance while defining functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assist in creating technical specifications for developers and contribute to the development of test plans for quality assurance (QA) analysts.
- Execute basic SQL queries and web service API calls to support software development and troubleshooting efforts.
- Conduct and oversee application testing, analyze results, communicate impacts to stakeholders, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks before deployment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, ongoing enhancements, and workflow changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to provide regular status updates and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure software development teams maintain optimal productivity for delivering high-quality releases.
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.
Application Support & Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot system issues, bugs, and data discrepancies, assisting in timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis on reported issues, working closely with developers and analysts to implement solutions.
- Support the definition and execution of regression test plans to ensure system stability.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and articulate business needs to developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Experience with relational database queries and data analysis.
- Proficiency in working with JSON-based web service APIs and web technologies.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Salary : $70,000 - $92,000
