Our client, a multinational law firm, is seeking a Support Center Analyst to join their team in Austin, TX!


(11am-8pm CT shift)

Technology Services Support Center – Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance by handling support calls and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate support levels when necessary.
  • Utilize system administration tools to assist users and support analysts.
  • Maintain ticketing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Generate reports, send IT Bulletins, and manage distribution lists.
  • Monitor cybersecurity threats and respond to potential risks.
  • Maintain directory services and manage user accounts.
  • Administer mobile device management tools for user support.
  • Assist with product QA testing and WAN restoration.
  • Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and account transfers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize support efficiency.
  • Continuously expand technical knowledge to enhance user experience.

Salary : $58,000 - $75,000
