Technology Services Support Center – Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance by handling support calls and troubleshooting user issues.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate support levels when necessary.
- Utilize system administration tools to assist users and support analysts.
- Maintain ticketing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
- Generate reports, send IT Bulletins, and manage distribution lists.
- Monitor cybersecurity threats and respond to potential risks.
- Maintain directory services and manage user accounts.
- Administer mobile device management tools for user support.
- Assist with product QA testing and WAN restoration.
- Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and account transfers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize support efficiency.
- Continuously expand technical knowledge to enhance user experience.
