Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple technical areas, including software development, data management, integrations, and quality assurance.
- Lead internal and external engineering teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design and implement a seamless integration framework to connect internal and external platforms.
- Introduce agile methodologies to improve team efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical initiatives with broader company goals.
- Develop tools and insights that enhance decision-making through data-driven strategies.
- Manage hiring, training, and resource allocation for engineering teams.
- Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Define functional requirements and develop secure, scalable solutions.
- Ensure software meets high-quality standards, including performance monitoring and security best practices.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for software-related issues.
- Lead testing, debugging, and integration across various software and system components.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
