Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Create and foster a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and employee development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment and staffing strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure effective onboarding processes and programs that foster employee success and retention.
- Implement training and development programs that align with employee growth and career development.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues to maintain high employee morale.
- Implement programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Performance Management and Development:
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring effective goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation processes.
- Develop and implement professional development programs that support employee growth.
- Promote leadership development initiatives across the organization.
Compliance and Legal Oversight:
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

HR Data and Reporting:
