Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and retrieve case information from court-related databases and other online sources.
- Organize materials for expert witness review.
- Review, analyze, and categorize document productions from opposing parties and co-defendants.
- Summarize transcripts and compile key documents.
- Maintain and manage case files in an organized manner.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for expert witness evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Insurance defense experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience drafting subpoenas and maintaining logs for received records.
