What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC?
The Phoenix Recovery Center is looking to hire a full time chef for our residential inpatient facility. The role of the Chef is to help plan, prep, cook and serve healthy and nourishing meals for all Residents within the facility. To maintain an overly clean and sanitized kitchen for prepping meals and for the dishware used to cook and serve meals.
Competency
· Must have experience with prepping and cooking meals for groups.
· Must have a Food Handlers Permit.
· Must have a valid drivers license
· Must be able to pass a background screening with the State of Utah's Department of Human Services
· Must have the ability to shop for materials for meals and to work within a budget.
· Must have the ability to clean up after meals and to keep the cleanliness level of the kitchen up to Health Department standards.
· Have the ability to show up on time for work and all meetings and activities that are associated with work.
· To know and understand company policies and to be able implement and hold firm to those boundaries with residents and staff member’s.
