What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Coordinator/SSW position at The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC?
The Phoenix Recovery Center is looking to hire a full time Client Support Coordinator. A Client Support Coordinators role is to help maintain a safe and healing environment for clients in all levels of care. Maintain clear boundaries with the clients, provide support to the client ensuring they are accessing all the services rendered by The Phoenix, and support their recovery management efforts. Lastly, serve as the primary contact to family members, both informing them of the Phoenix processes and inviting them to engage in family group and their loved one’s treatment.
Shifts are Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:00p, some days there may need to be flexibility.

Requirements-
~Valid driver’s license
~Ability to pass a State DHHS background screening
~Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~Highly compassionate and attentive to detail
~Knowledge of recovery resources and community support groups
~Have or the ability to obtain a Peer Support Specialist certification (company will support in obtain certification)
Responsibilities not stated above-
~Client transports (in company vehicle)
~weekly client support appointments with clients for case management
~helping sit in and/or facilitate psycho-educational groups
