About Us
The Phoenix Taproom & Kitchen is the Midwest's largest self-pour taproom, featuring a dynamic menu, a vibrant riverside patio, and a welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality food and exceptional service. We're looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our kitchen team as a Cook. This part-time role has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation : Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to our high-quality standards.Recipe Compliance : Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.Kitchen Cleanliness : Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Collaboration : Work as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely food delivery to guests.Stock Management : Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and notifying management of any shortages.Adaptability : Support other kitchen roles as needed and embrace opportunities to learn and grow.What We’re Looking For
Experience : Previous kitchen or cooking experience is preferred but not required; we’re happy to train the right candidate.Skills : Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.Team Player : Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.Flexibility : Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.Passion : A genuine interest in culinary arts and providing an exceptional guest experience.Why Join Our Team?
