About the Role:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team this summer at The Phoenix Taproom & Kitchen. This is a seasonal position from May through September, with the potential to stay on based on performance and business needs.
As a Team Member, you’ll support day-to-day operations across various areas of the taproom, including guest experience, food running, bussing, bar backing, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space. Whether you’re helping guests navigate our 72 self-pour taps, running food from the kitchen, or jumping in wherever the team needs a hand, you’ll play a key role in keeping the good vibes rolling.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, upbeat attitude
- Support front-of-house operations including food running, bussing tables, and restocking
- Help guests understand how our self-pour tap wall works and answer basic menu questions
- Maintain a clean and organized space—inside and out
- Work closely with the team to ensure fast, friendly, and consistent service
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for events and promotions
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive energy and a team-first mentality
- Ability to stay on your feet for long shifts and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability (must be available for at least 3 shifts/week)
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required

Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
