The Photography Concierge LLC is looking for highly motivated, responsible, talented, and career-minded individuals to join our team and grow with our company.
We are an in-house photography service, operating out of luxury resorts in South Florida.
Our lead photographer position will be our ambassador to the experience of a photo shoot. Our staff will be responsible for guiding our guests through the whole process of their own private shoot while creating a natural and relaxed environment of fun and enjoyment. The Photography Concierge’s goal is to maximize the experience of each photo session while capturing the most candid and intimate moments at the resort. This opportunity is ideal for photographers of all skill levels looking to expand their portfolios and gain experience.
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, GREAT customer service skills, enjoy sales, and must be outgoing and enthusiastic about working with families and children. They must be passionate and highly imaginative while portraying creativity in all of the work that they do. Our company promotes a positive work environment where diversity and teamwork are valued. Candidates are preferred to be familiar with editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Integrity and professionalism are essential to the success of our photographers and our company. Photographers will be responsible for ensuring that all of our guests have a wonderful experience throughout the whole process, and look back at our photo sessions as the highlight of their vacation.

Compensation:
- Hourly base pay ($17-$22 Per Hour), plus Commission on every shoot, plus gratuity
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute photography sessions throughout the resort
- Extensive guest engagement, exceptional interaction with our guest is vital.
➢ Organize materials needed for Pre/Post shoot
➢ Appropriate maneuver and maintenance of our DSLR cameras
➢ Maintain equipment in a safe manner and transport throughout the various shoot locations
➢ Actively participate in the post-production of all the photos taken during the shoot, arrangement, and organization
➢ Presentation and sale of photos to our guest and clients
➢ Work closely with staff to establish an appropriate workflow
➢ Represent TPC and the resort at the highest level of service and performance at all times while adhering to all company and resort regulations and policies
➢ Maintain confidentiality of pictures and guest’s information
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma / 2 year college degree
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively interact with guests and co-workers
- Previous experience work/school in the photography industry
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Willing to work a varied seasonal schedule, flexible hours/schedule, holidays, and weekends
- Demonstrate a positive and professional image
- Reliable Transportation
