Business Development Manager
An established US Division of an International Optical Systems and Components Manufacturer is Sales / Business Development Manager for a newly opened office in the Bay area.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor or above, Optical engineering background preferred,
- Five or more years of sales experience in optical industry or Medical & Life science industry and additional, Good knowledge of Bay area (Silicon Valley)
- Knowledge of optical metrology, component manufacturing, motion control and stabilization systems preferred
Responsibilities :
A) Formulate business development and sales plan, set sales goals and objective for newly opened sales office
B) Understand and identify market potential ; Identify and target customers or opportunities consistent with company's capabilities
C) Develop business relationship with selected strategic key customers in North America
D) Coordinate with China sales team to develop business and relationship with selected key customers in North America Market
E) Provide the necessary techincal supports together with China local engineers team to Key customers
F) Up to 40% travel required including international travel to home office as required.
