As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing patient centered treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT; and coordinating patient care with the Physical Therapist and Clinical Director. You will also instruct the patients, caregivers, and family members on skills/exercise techniques of the physical therapy treatment. A full job description can be provided upon request.

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team Oriented
- Graduate of an associate degree/two-year Physical Therapist Assistant Program approved by Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapist Assistant Education
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado
- Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required
- New grads are welcome
- A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position
- A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position

PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY:
Consistent with published industry PDC norms or minimally:
- Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
- Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from
- Floor to waist
- Waist to shoulder
- Shoulder to overhead
- Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50’
- Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys
- Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#
- Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140#
