The QPR team provides the best individualized patient care in the SE Florida area.
QPR/BayLife/Back In Action (BIA) is 10 clinics strong and have the most qualified therapists in SE Florida.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide clinical coverage at our Prima Vista, Fort Pierce, Stuart and Goldtree locations. Individual MUST have a current, valid PTA license in the State of FL.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an associate degree/two-year Physical Therapist Assistant Program approved by Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapist Assistant Education
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida
- A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position
- A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position

PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY:
Consistent with published industry PDC norms or minimally:
- Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
- Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from
- Floor to waist
- Waist to shoulder
- Shoulder to overhead
- Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50’
- Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys
- Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#
- Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140#
