We are a dynamic, evidenced based Physical Therapy Clinic in Warrendale, PA, specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
Our therapists need to be self-motivated, organized, and caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our patients. A license in good standing to practice in the state of PA as a PT is necessary. We prefer 1-2 years of experience, however we will consider those with less experience if they are the right candidate, and we are willing to mentor those with less experience. We are looking for full time, but are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluating patient’s
- Timely preparation of a written plan of care and daily encounter notes utilizing our web-based EMR system, WebPT
- Documenting PQRS and functional outcomes as required by our payors
- Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment as a team with support staff
- Tracking established clinic metrics
- Willingly participating in community events to help promote our practice
- Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice
- Being a pro-active member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise
- Helping to foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
- Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction
Compensation for this position may include a generous quarterly bonus based upon key metrics, health insurance, PTO accrual, 401K with matching funds and continuing education allowance.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania.
- Direct Access (Preferred)
- A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
- A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY:
Consistent with published industry PDC norms or minimally:
- Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
- Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from
- Floor to waist
- Waist to shoulder
- Shoulder to overhead
- Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50’
- Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys
- Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#
- Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140#
