JOB TITLE: Concierge
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Provides support to administrative office staff assuring a smooth departmental workflow. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as sorting mail, answering phones and routing incoming calls, filing, copying, data entry, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal. Relieves office staff of clerical work, and minor administrative and business detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required. Associate's Degree preferred. Two or more years of administrative experience are required.
