Job Summary

This position is accountable for collecting, cleaning, and stocking of dishes and utensils within the hospital.

Salary Rate: $23.00

Minimum Education and Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to demonstrate clear oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work.
• Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes and dishwashing area.
• Cleans garbage cans and recycle container.
• Collects soiled dishes.
• Disposes of trash/garbage in the appropriate manner.
• Follows appropriated dishwashing practices.
• Helps with assigned cleaning duties.
• Keeps logs of wash temperatures and sanitation.
• Operates equipment safely and correctly
• Washes specified items by hand: pots, pans, knives, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
