The Pickleball Factory is bringing a new level of fun and excitement to Cape Girardeau as the city’s first dedicated pickleball facility—and we’re looking for enthusiastic servers to join our team! What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Bring delicious food and beverages to players and guests while they enjoy games on the courts.
• Be the Link Between the Kitchen and the Courts: Support the kitchen team by prepping orders, ensuring accuracy, and presenting dishes with a smile.
• Maintain a Fun, Positive Environment: Create a welcoming experience for guests, whether it’s keeping the vibe upbeat on the courts or assisting with special events.
• Contribute to a Smooth Operation: Keep the serving area clean and organized, and jump in to help with kitchen tasks as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are required.
• A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu offerings will be beneficial.
